Things have remained pretty busy in the prop shop so I haven't gotten much writing in, but Chapter 4 is now seven pages long.
Alex spends her first night in Betwix with her two furry companions after accepting Nebble's numerous invitations into his little monster hunter's guild. It's a difficult adjustment for her, only knowing the comforts of the modern world, to try sleeping in a strange and dangerous forest in a tiny stick shelter with only a few hides keeping her from the dirt. This, coupled with the fact that she is lying beside a werewolf at least a foot taller than she, and who has already made various threats of harm against her, makes for an uneasy night's rest.
Still, even the endless questions marathoning in her mind are not enough to ward off the day's exhaustion and she eventually falls asleep.
